Project Overview: Elevated Peninsula Residences – Caribbean Sea

Situated on a dramatic raised peninsula 32 meters above sea level, this exclusive site offers uninterrupted 180 degree views of the Caribbean Sea—from sunrise to sunset. The design brief called for the creation of three ultra-modern, high-end residences, fully equipped with cutting-edge smart home technology.

Design Response:

The architecture was shaped by the steep topography and the extraordinary panoramic views. Each residence is strategically oriented to maximise sightlines, with expansive glazing and open-plan layouts that connect interior living spaces to the outdoors.

The sloping site enabled a unique spatial arrangement: the entry level presents as a modest two-storey façade from the approach, while the rear unfolds into a dramatic four storey elevation cascading down the hillside. Each level features generous terraces and balconies designed to accommodate the dynamic needs of modern family living— from private retreats to social entertainment spaces.

These residences seamlessly blend technological sophistication with natural beauty, delivering a refined Caribbean lifestyle experience
