A former General Medical Council Chamber on the first floor of this spectacular property. The reception room boasting over 1000ft2 in a double height volume with many original features, including a curved rear wall with two fireplaces. The entire space has panelling which was thoroughly cleaned and repaired from years of neglect and re-stained to create the warmth and character the property needed. In other areas a new helical concrete stair was installed below an original circular plaster ceiling that was repaired and re-decorated.

On the first floor is a purpose built study, guest bedroom and kitchen with wine wall leading to a terrace garden with bespoke external wine fridge, bench seating and planters. Upstairs lies the master bedroom and guest bedroom, both with bathrooms, lined with granite slabs to floor, walls and ceiling including the door. The one remaining wall is fully glazed with smart glass that is clear until the light is switched when it transforms opaque for privacy. the interiors were crafted to complement the clients particular art collection.
